Rules
➢ Registration and payment are required in advance to confirm your participation. The lessons start on time and can’t be postponed.
➢ Please note full lesson fee (for private and group lessons) will be charged if lessons are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice
➢ Group lessons policy: No refund for missed collective classes. Make up classes are not guaranteed, however we will do our best to, if possible, propose one (regardless of the number of missed classes) make up session during the same term provided that we are notified of the no-show at least 24h before the class starts
➢ Private lesson policy: if the student cannot attend the class or need to reschedule and let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we will not charge the lesson but we will charge 100hkd for courts fees.
➢ Up to 30 minutes of coaching, if the lesson is disrupted (rain), player must pay half of the fees . After 30 minutes of coaching, if the lesson is disrupted (rain), the full hour will be registered as done.
➢ Private and group lessons will not be charged in case of cancelation by Olympic Tennis for inclement weather, decision to maintain or cancel the class is at Olympic Tennis’s sole discretion and will be confirmed by Olympic Tennis at least 1 hour before the class. Rain out lessons for collective class will have make up during public holidays.
➢ Each student must wear appropriated sport shoes (no slippers/ sandals, etc) and bring his own racquet / Public water tank available.
➢ According to the availabilities of the sport equipments, Olympic Tennis HK might be able to incorporate specific work on adapted spaces without further notice.
Special mentions :
✓ Olympic Tennis HK may need to use photos or videos representing its students in the activities of the club on its website or other publications.
If you don’t want the club to use your photo, please inform us immediately.
✓ It is your responsibility to take in personal insurance for all risks associated with your participation, or those of your family, in the activities organized by Olympic Tennis HK
